The number of studio applications now exceeds motoco’s capacity, and an application process is required before any new arrival. Whenever studios become available, a selection committee meets to review applications. This committee includes representatives of motoco&co, cultural professionals, and motoco residents. Studios are allocated based on criteria such as professional practice, space availability, compatibility with existing activities, and alignment with the motoco model.

RENT SCALE:
€27 incl. VAT/m²/year + €19/m²/year in estimated service charges
LEASE DURATION: 3 years. For any duration shorter than 4 months, you may contact motoco for a temporary residency not subject to the standard selection committee conditions (contact@motoco.fr)
For any application, a portfolio must be submitted:
- An online form to complete
- An artistic portfolio, a biography, and a cover letter must be sent to contact@motoco.fr
The next selection committee will meet no earlier than September 2026.
