Motoco has two spaces suited for hosting events. These event-dedicated venues offer raw, adaptable surfaces that can be customized as desired: cultural events, corporate parties, conferences, workshops, product or brand launches, festivals, creative fairs, weddings, escape rooms, film shoots, photo shoots, and more.

The large hall:

A raw space of 1,132 m², compliant with public access (ERP) standards, able to accommodate up to 1,200 people standing and 700 people seated.

Equipment:

  • Restrooms

  • Storage areas with a total surface of 20 m²

  • Water point with large sink

  • Wi-Fi

  • Several electrical panels and numerous power outlets distributed throughout the hall

  • Heating

  • Large side access points allowing vehicle entry

 

The small hall

A raw space of 519 m², compliant with public access (ERP) standards, able to accommodate up to 500 people standing and 300 people seated.

Equipment:

  • Restrooms

  • Wi-Fi

  • Sound and lighting equipment (spotlights)

  • Several electrical panels and numerous power outlets distributed throughout the hall

  • Heating

  • Large side access points allowing vehicle entry

 

For regulatory compliance reasons, the two halls cannot be used at the same time.

Use of event spaces

These spaces can either be rented empty, or the organization of the event can be handled partially or entirely by motoco.
