In 2017, the creative impulses that had been dormant in Giom Von Birgitta for more than ten years began to surface. Or perhaps they had always been just as alive, but now became visible to an eye and mind previously focused on other priorities. That was when he encountered clay—and they began to exchange. Words. Silences. Promises. Desires. Fears. Doubts. Convictions, and much more…

It is a meeting: that of a journey, an artist, and matter in all its strength. It is a story: of freedom, humility, patience, and sharing. It is a place: a sign of a bygone era, yet capable of reinventing itself, alive with new hopes. Giom Von Birgitta’s creations embody all of this, even if they hold within them an indescribable magic—one that always escapes us—as if forged from the sum of our most essential emotions, at the crossroads between the primal power of the elements and a territory that is both raw and sensitive.
