Call for applications for the allocation of artists’ studios.

The studios in Building 75 – Motoco are workspaces intended for creative activities. They are occupied by artists, artist collectives, associations, or organizations with a creative project in the field of visual arts. All occupants agree to respect the shared workspace guidelines and are subject to operating regulations. A committee meets to review studio applications whenever spaces become available. The committee is composed of representatives from Motoco&Co and cultural professionals. Studios are allocated based on criteria such as professional development, space availability, compatibility between existing and proposed activities, and overall coherence with the Motoco model.

Rent scale:
from €22 to €27 incl. VAT/m²/year + €15/m²/year for service charge provisions.

Four studios are becoming available and will be assigned during the allocation committee meeting on February 14, 2020. The four studios are located on the first and second floors of the residency (without an elevator).

Allocation of 7 studios (ranging from 20 m² to 240 m²) at Motoco – 11 Rue des Brodeuses – 68100 Mulhouse:

• be professionally active in the visual arts

• be based in the Mulhouse area or planning to relocate there (it is not possible to live in the studios)

Applications may be submitted individually or as a collective.
